'Holby City (S23 Ep45 & 46)' | Medical Drama Series.

Role: Standby Art Director (Oct - Nov 2021).

After starting at 'Holby City', I was asked to be a Standby Art Director for two episodes prior to the ending of the series.

 

This experience gave me a vital insight into the work of the Art Department in pre-production and the role of the Standby Art Director during shooting. The production mainly took place inside the studio set for the series but we were also able to go on location and transform a university building into the set of a private hospital. Being in a role of leadership additionally helped me to develop an excellent rapport with my Standby Props team and certain developed my resilience and flexibility under pressure.
